Thanks to the experience gained over several years directly in the scene and an excellent cooperation with various entities in the area, we are able to produce a wide range of events: from open-air music festivals with several hundred participants, through typical wintry events (e.g., après-ski or ice-disco), clubbing-events, to smaller and more sought-after events.
In addition to event production, we are able to create and develop new concepts based on clients' requirements, without setting limits on creativity. Virtually (or almost) everything is possible.
Without an absolutely top-notch management and a 360° control of every stage - from the bureaucratic and licensing part to the operational part during the event - the event is unlikely to become something memorable and successful.
Thanks to our experience and reliability, we are able to provide a professional event-management service: whether it is to obtain the necessary permits (S.I.A.E., Municipality, SCIA, ...), or to manage and plan the delivery of audio, stage and/or drinks/catering for an open-air event.

Martino, better known in the world of DJing as Da Smasher, has been performing regularly for more than 12 years at all major venues, clubs and festivals in northern Italy and beyond, also performing at festivals of considerable size - up to 10,000 visitors - in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
This remarkable amount of performances allowed him to develop the important ability to understand the needs of the audience, adapting his DJ-Sets to different situations and combining different musical genres, depending on the needs of the venue and/or the audience.
The main genres treated range from Dance to Tech-House, passing through more commercial tracks, also proposing more niche genres such as Hard-EDM.
Since 2023, in addition to the act Da Smasher, he started the project MEWU, with which Martino was able to perform at events in more exclusive locations, such as in Corvara and San Cassiano in Alta Badia, proposing the fresh and party-inviting sound that sets him apart, managing to engage the audience during his shows.

Providing the artist and the audience with the appropriate audio and lighting equipment is crucial.

A fundamental part of every event is the food & beverage part, which can be an important source of income, but requires specific licenses in order to be made available to the customers.
Possessing an H.A.C.C.P. professional certificate for the administration of food and beverages and thanks to the collaboration with some of the most renowned caterers, food-trucks and bartenders at the regional level, permits us to organize and manage the food & beverage part both at our events and on behalf of third parties, being able to guarantee to anyone who needs it, the possibility to serve and/or enjoy a drink during the evening.

Here in South Tyrol, it is a tradition for high-school gaduating to organize their high-school prom, but many times it is more complicated, expensive, and labor-intensive than it may seem, and often the students do not have the necessary licenses to organize it.

We will be happy to work alongside students to help them organize their prom (the so-called Maturaball), from finding sponsors, contacting and booking DJs, to compiling the security plan and cost and risk analysis.

Nightcrowd Events organizes 1-to-1 courses in event organization and DJing. We provide all the necessary know-how, and custom-made, for anyone who is aiming to become part of this spectacular world, for those who by curiosity would like to better understand some behind-the-scenes aspects, or for anyone who would like to increase their knowledge about it.
We also have specific solutions for all those students who are looking for a company where they can do their school-to-work alternation program (the so called “alternanza scuola-lavoro”). Together with the student we design a program to follow, in which we will illustrate all the main aspects of the realization of an event, as well as give the opportunity to participate in real events, from the side of the organizer and/or DJ, giving a 360° idea of what it means to organize an event.

Nightcrowd Events was founded with the idea of bringing a breath of fresh air to the events industry in South Tyrol, enhancing and listening primarily to the needs and desires of those who visit our events: young people and not only them.
Through the introduction of new and reinterpreted formats, we try to inspire young people to consider nightlife not as a kind of far-west, where you are free to do whatever you want, but rather as a way to have fun, meeting up with friends, experiencing special emotions and unplugging from everyday life, at least for one night. We are convinced that more opportunities should be given to young people to have fun, so that they become aware of how to party in a healthy way, away from violence, bullying and other attitudes that are absolutely unhealthy for themselves and others.
This is exactly the reason why we are always open to cooperate and actively invest in new projects concerning young people who want to enter the world of events.
In addition to this statement, which for Nightcrowd is like a sort of mantra, working for the future for us also means trying to prefer work-flows and methods that are the most modern as possible, being supported by state-of-the-art software for controlling the various phases of events (e.g., Asana), of online and on-site ticketing methods that are as user-friendly as possible, so as to avoid unnecessary complications.
Another aspect that concerns everyone's future is that of the environmental impact of events, and Nightcrowd is also investing energy on this front to avoid food waste, the use of plastic and/or non-recyclable materials as much as possible.
The medium-term goal is to be able to obtain "Green Event ” certification for our events.
