Thanks to the experience gained in over 10 years on site and the excellent cooperation with several well-established companies in the region, Nightcrowd's core business is the realisation of a wide range of events: from open-air music festivals with several hundred participants to typical winter events (e.g. après-ski or ice disco) to clubbing events and smaller, exclusive events.
Besides producing events, we are able to design and develop new concepts based on our customers' wishes, without setting any limits on creativity. Everything is possible for us.
Without a highly professional management and meticulous control of every single phase – from bureaucratic aspects and permits to operational logistics during the event – it will be difficult to make the event a success.
Thanks to our many years of experience and our reputation for reliability, we are able to offer a professional service for event management: whether it's applying for the necessary permits (S.I.A.E., municipality, SCIA, etc.) or managing and organising the provision of audio, stage and/or drinks/catering for an open-air event. In addition to this, we can assist you with the financial side of the event, whether it be budgeting or accurately calculating the break-even point. An event is always something special, but with the right tools, you can make it that little bit better.
By definition, artists must be at the centre of a festival or music event, but how can you book them for your own event? We are happy to take care of this aspect by offering you our artist booking service.
For years, we have been working with some of the most important international booking agencies in the clubbing scene. These partnerships allow us to offer everyone who trusts us a privileged, reliable and high-quality service to work with national and international artists and take their event to the next level. And all this at very affordable prices for those who choose us.

After an interview, in which you can best describe to us your ideas and goals for the event, we will turn it into reality, helping you in organizing and carrying out the bureaucratic tasks, because you know: those who run businesses have to dedicate themselves to their work and do not have the luxury of spending all that precious time filling out piles of permits and applying for licenses.
That is why we are here.
Prom: so lovely to experience, yet so complicated to organise! Often, organising this type of event is more complicated, costly and time-consuming than it seems, and students often do not have all the necessary licences to organise everything.
So what to do? Just contact us!
We will be happy to work together with the students to help them organise their school prom: from finding sponsors to contacting and booking DJs, dealing with the legal aspects (S.I.A.E., necessary licences, etc.) and drawing up the safety plan and costing and risk analysis.
A full-service bundle for anyone who is full of ideas but has neither the time nor the necessary permits to organise everything.
An essential aspect of any event is the food & beverage side, which can be a significant source of income, but requires special licences to be provided.
Thanks to our H.A.C.C.P. certification for serving food and beverages and our collaboration with some of the most established catering companies, food trucks and the region's most renowned bartenders, we are able to organise and manage food & beverage services both for our own events and for third parties, offering anyone who wishes the opportunity to enjoy a drink during the event.
In addition, we are happy to take care of defining the food and drink costs for your events, because as we all know, the sale of food and beverages is an important source of income for an event, but if this aspect is also managed appropriately, the revenue could be even higher.
Would you like to learn more about the world of DJing and events? Or are you looking for a more appealing alternative to the usual internship at a company, where you often don't learn anything new?
If you are a student looking for a company in which to complete your internship, we offer tailor-made solutions. Together with the student, we create a programme that explains all the important aspects of organising an event.
There is also the opportunity to participate in real events side by side with the organiser and/or DJ to gain a fullyround view of how an event is organised.
Nightcrowd Events also organises 1-to-1 courses in event organisation and DJing. We provide all the necessary know-how in a tailor-made format for anyone who wants to enter this special world, who is curious to better understand some aspects behind the scenes, or who wants to expand their knowledge in this area.
Nightcrowd partners with some of the most popular and talented photographers and videomakers in town, and can arrange custom photo and video services for your event: a complete high-quality bundle at really competitive prices.
To be attractive, promoting an event requires the right graphic design. That's why we offer a professional graphic design service to suit every type of customer.
Simply share your ideas with us and we'll take care of the rest.
Nightcrowd Events was created with the idea of bringing a breath of fresh air to the events industry in South Tyrol, primarily by taking into account the needs and wishes of the visitors to our events, namely young people, and listening to what their needs.
In October 2025, Nightcrowd was part of “How to Maturaball”, organised by Youth Info and Nizer at the Noi.Techpark in Bolzano, as part of the HDS's “Event service providers and event organisers” group.
By introducing both new and revised formats, we are trying to inspire young people to see nightlife as an opportunity to have fun, meet new friends, experience new emotions and escape from everyday life.
We are firmly convinced that young people need to be offered more alternatives to learn how to party in a healthy way, without violence, bullying and other behaviours that are absolutely harmful to themselves and others. This is exactly why we are always ready to collaborate and actively invest in new projects that involve young people who want to enter the world of events.
For the foreseeable future, we seek to adopt the most modern workflows and methods available, supported by state-of-the-art software to manage the various phases of events, as well as user-friendly ticketing solutions both online and on-site, to avoid unnecessary complications and queues at the entrances.
Another aspect that affects the future of us all is the environmental impact of events, and Nightcrowd is also investing a great deal of effort in this field with the aim of obtaining the “Green Event” certification for its events.
